This 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport was built for the trail. It has proven itself very capable in the past selveral months. The Jeep has built 3/4 ton Ford axles custom front and rear suspension with a ~6" wheelbase stretch custom BTF turn cage suspension seats tube fenders body equip. 37" Iroks and much more. All bring home the bacon was completed in August. Here is a enumerate of most of the modifications that have been made to the Jeep:1) The devalue wheels (5 be) are Eagle Alloy 589 series (16.5"x9.75") (8 on 6.5"). They have some rock rash. All new brakes bearings and seals.4) Dana 60HD straighten axle (8 lug) with 5.13:1 gears beat spool. Yukon chromolly 35 spline shafts. BTF axle brackets & move back and forth Crusher diff cover. All new brakes bearings and seals.5) Custom 4-link w/ panhard rear suspension with 3" displace coils. Nth Degree Mobility wheelbase be brackets & Pro-Comp shocks. The lower links are 1 1/2" x.250" wall DOM that have been trussed to keep them from bending under weight. 3/4" chromolly QA1 rod ends on the frame end bushings at the axle end.6) Custom radius arm lie suspension (desire Rubicon convey long arm) w/ RE Extreme Duty panhard. PORC 6" springs & BDS shocks. The displace links are 1 1/2" x.250" wall DOM. 3/4" chromolly QA1 rod ends on the close in end bushings at the axle end. The have front sway bar is comfort installed with BDS quick disconnects for dawdle use.7) The Jeep has a 1" JKS body lift and motor lift. A custom "tummy tucker" skidplate was designed and fabricated to take favor of the body lift.8) The NP231 transfer case has been fitted with a Teraflex Slip Yoke Eliminator kit. It has also had a new speedometer gear installed to correct the indicated speed. 9) The straighten CV driveshaft was originally built by Tom Woods. The rocker guards and side tubes have been powder-coated polish color. The front furnish fenders have been painted with factory matched PPG paint. They could used some wet sanding. The comp corners were spray-painted change color. 13) The stock muffler has been replaced with an aftermarket free-flowing muffler. This Jeep is still emmisions legal. 14) The factory 4.0 liter motor is comfort going strong and has been maintained regularly. The air conditioning blows ice cold. It has a K&N intake system and a Hesco throttle body spacer. 15) The fuel store has been replaced with a color burn Fabworks Extreme furnish Cell. It is an aluminum fuel cell that allows for the 6" wheelbase stretch. It uses the factory furnish pump/sending unit. It also has a 3/16" thick steel skid-plate.16) The follow has been replaced with a CJ tailgate. It hinges from the furnish and must be unlatched from the inside. It comfort needs the cables installed (I will consider the cables needs the brackets).17) The factory turn bar has been replaced with a custom roll cage from color burn Fabworks.
